Well I guess you get the message. It's all about making small replacements here and there...wherever you can to reduce the amount of simple processed carbs.
Look, I know I will NEVER give up my weekly pasta plate, but giving up white processed bread or sugary cereal for breakfast is something I can do. Or adding a little more veggies to my pasta plate is something I can do without feeling deprived.
