How to reduce forehead wrinkles

Hi Marie,

Have you tried face exercises? I saw a firming effect after doing these facial exercises. But, it did take over 6 months and you HAVE TO do these on a regular basis.

I did the exercises about 3-4 times a week. But the good news is that it only takes about 15 minutes to do them all.

I've tried about 5 different face exercise programs, but I like Carolyn's Facial Fitness because it's the easiest and fastest to complete.

Maybe that's why I got good results, because I was able to stick with this program.
