Sagging Cheeks Please Help!

I am 34 years old and my cheeks are starting to sag. They don't look as full or high like they used to.


I read about your experience with cheek exercises and saw your beautiful results.

I wanted to know if the exercises you showed on your web site is sufficient and how long it will take to get results?

Please send anymore books or instructions to lift sagging cheeks if you can.

Thanks for your question regarding sagging cheeks. The instructions I posted on my website is just one of a set of 28 exercises that make up the facial exercise program I use.

You cannot just do one exercise for your cheeks and expect good results. Like any good exercise program you need to do the whole set for the best and balanced look.

Spot training or exercising only one area of the face (or even your body) will result in an unbalanced or even strange look.

Facial muscles are all connected. So for example when your doing eye exercises, you are also helping to raise your cheek muscles too.

And when you do cheek exercises, some of the muscles under the cheeks get a lift too and so you helping to prevent sagging jaws.

At your age you probably don't have too much sagging - but I promise - over time you will. It happens to all of us as we age.

Starting a facial exercise program at your age now is perfect! Because you will be able to prevent the other parts of your face from sagging - like jowls and neck.

These two areas are THE HARDEST AREAS TO FIX! :-(

The face exercise program I use has 28 different exercises and it works ALL the muscles of the face.

It only takes 15 minutes to do them and you only have to do them about 2 times a week - at your age.

Plus, it is recommended that you do these exercises lying down, you can do them in bed either in the morning before you get up or at night before going to bed.
