Hello and Welcome!

This month is all about your cheekbones!

You may not notice or think about your cheeks when you look in the mirror, but the truth is firm, plump cheeks helps balance facial proportions and enhance facial contours.

As we age, our facial muscles atrophy, our face loses volume, and we lose those beautiful, full contours.

This loss of volume causes the face to sag downward, exaggerating nasal labia folds, marionette lines and neck wrinkles.

This is most noticeable around the cheek area.

But I'll show you a few quick (under 2 minutes) cheek exercises you can do at home that can help enhance your cheekbones.

Furthermore, increased cheek volume can give your skin a smooth appearance.

Cheek Shaper Exercises

Muscles develop with resistance exercise. Cheek exercises can tone the muscles in the mid-face area, creating a lift and build muscle fiber for more rounded, full, young-looking cheeks.

P.S. The beautiful woman in this video (Carolyn) developed this exercise, and she is over 74 years old!

I hope you find this newsletter helpful!

Until next time,

Take care, Linda
